FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Getting started
Who can open an account?
Individuals aged 18 or over and corporate entities, subject to identity verification and our client acceptance checks. Some jurisdictions and asset types cannot be accepted.
What does verification involve?
A government-issued identity document, a recent proof of address and basic details about you and the origin of the assets. Documents are stored privately and reviewed by our compliance team.
How do I get an asset to you?
After your account is approved you submit the asset in your dashboard and choose an intake method: drop-off at an office, collection by our team, or an insured inbound courier consignment we arrange with you.
Custody & storage
Is my asset kept separately?
Yes. Assets are held as identified property registered to your account. They are not pooled, lent or used as collateral.
Is storage insured?
All-risk cover at declared value can be arranged. Where cover is in place, the insurer, policy reference and insured value appear on the asset record.
Can I see where my asset is?
Your dashboard shows the custody status and the location at the level of detail we are able to disclose, along with a complete movement history.
Can I add to or withdraw part of a holding?
Yes. Quantities are tracked, so you can request delivery of part of a holding and leave the remainder in custody.
Fees & payment
How are fees calculated?
From published rules: a base charge plus components based on declared value, weight, destination and delivery method, plus taxes where applicable. You see every line before you pay.
When do I pay a delivery fee?
It depends on the terms on your account: before dispatch, once the consignment is in transit, or after delivery. The applicable timing is shown on the fee summary and on the invoice.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments and PayPal where enabled, and bank transfer. Bank transfers are only marked as paid once our finance team has verified receipt of the funds — uploading a receipt alone does not settle an invoice.
Can a fee change after I have been invoiced?
An issued invoice is never silently altered. If a correction is required, a revised invoice is issued with a record of the previous amount, the new amount and the reason.
Delivery & tracking
Who can receive a delivery?
You, another named individual, a company, or an approved destination facility. Recipient details and, where required, recipient identification are recorded with the shipment.
How do I track a consignment?
From your dashboard, or on the public tracking page using the shipment reference. Public tracking shows status, milestones, general location and dates only.
What if delivery fails?
The consignment is secured and our team contacts you to agree the next step — a second attempt, an alternative recipient, or return to custody.
Security & data
How is my data protected?
Sensitive personal data is encrypted, documents are stored privately and served only to authorised users, and every administrative action is recorded in an audit log.
Do you offer investment returns?
No. We provide custody, storage, handling and delivery services for a fee. We do not offer investment products, interest, yield or profit-sharing of any kind.
