Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

These terms are a starting template and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel in your jurisdiction before the platform goes live.

1. Services

247SwissGoldbase Custody Services ("we", "us") provides custody, storage, handling, documentation and delivery services for physical assets accepted into our care. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not offer investment products, interest, yield or profit-sharing.

2. Client acceptance

Accounts are opened at our discretion and subject to identity verification, sanctions screening and our client acceptance policy. We may decline or discontinue a relationship where we are unable to complete verification or where acceptance would breach applicable law.

3. Asset acceptance

Assets are accepted only after inspection and verification against submitted documentation. We may refuse an asset, or return it at the client's cost, where ownership, provenance or authenticity cannot be established.

4. Custody

Assets accepted into custody are held as identified property of the client. We do not pool, lend, pledge or otherwise use client assets. Storage locations and arrangements may change; the client record is updated accordingly.

5. Fees

Custody, handling and delivery fees are charged in accordance with the fee schedule applicable to the account. Fee amounts and the time at which they become payable are shown before a chargeable service is confirmed. Invoices must be settled by the stated due date.

6. Delivery

Delivery instructions must originate from the verified account holder. We may decline an instruction where the recipient, destination or documentation does not satisfy our controls or applicable law.

7. Liability and insurance

Where insurance cover is in place, claims are limited to the declared value recorded for the asset. Our liability is otherwise limited to the extent permitted by law. Declared values must be kept accurate by the client.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship on notice. Outstanding fees remain payable and assets will be released once all sums due are settled and identity verification is current.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your client agreement.
